The book started good, got boring, then ended well. I'm not sure if I'll read the rest of the series, but this book was okay. Ryan met Carol awhile back when he was investigating a murder and she was telling him that she had a vision of what happened/was to happen. He didn't believe her but couldn't stop thinking about her. He comes to talk to her to find out the rational reason she "sees" things and ends up slowly falling in love. The mate party was a lot strange.
