I think I'm finished with this series. I enjoyed the first book, didn't do back flips over it but enjoyed it. This second one, I could not get into no matter how I tried. The dialogue that had me rolling my eyes and snorting at this same time is while he's thrusting into her during sex (of course), he grunts out "You're the song that I sing!" If a man ever said that during sex with me, I wouldn't be able to stop laughing until his penis shriveled up. However, saying that, real sexual dialogue would really be lacking, "Grunt, mmmph, move to the right, my right, ow, that's good, right there." So, really which is better for a book? Probably neither! I couldn't believe how Mia could forgive whatever his name is now so easily and that's another thing that was not realistic to me. I love this author under [a:Ann Aguirre|835348|Ann Aguirre|https://d202m5krfqbpi5.cloudfront.net/authors/1275442049p2/835348.jpg] but haven't liked her as much under this nom de plume.
