Anthology. I've only read the authors I know all of which happen to be female :) 3.875 stars.

Laughter at the Academy by Seanan McGuire. A psychiatrist on a rampage. 2-1/2 stars.

The Space Between by Diana Gabaldon. Loved that we get to see some of our old friends and enemies again. This one has the Comte St. Germain and Master Raymond, who reveals a link/similarity between St. Germain and Claire. Also Jamie's stepdaughter Joan and his nephew Michael get to know each during trying times. Wonderful story. 5 stars

Harry and Marlowe Meet the Founder of the Aetherian Revolution by Carrie Vaughn. A steampunk/alien alternative world where the King's sister tries to stop an evil scientist. Pretty good story. Wouldn't mind reading more. 3-1/2 stars

Rocks Fall by Naomi Novik. A villain with regrets. Really good story and I'm not usually a fan of the superhero stories. 4-1/2 stars
