When I saw the book was about Yasmeen, I was thinking, "Ugh, I really don't care about her character at all." My feelings haven't changed so you would expect I didn't care for the book. Wrong! The story was really great, the hero and heroine not so much, the the story itself was wonderful. It gave us this huge look at what has happened in and around Europe after the Horde left. Fascinating. Great steampunk book.

Hi, I'm Carolyn F and I've been an avid reader since elementary school when dinosaurs roamed the Earth (also known as the 1970's). My favorite genres change every five to ten years so who knows what it is now.
