Mind Game (GhostWalkers, #2)

Mind Game - Tom Stechschulte, Christine Feehan Audiobook. I also have the paperback.

I read this paperback earlier and didn't note that I had, which must have been earlier in my Goodreads association. I liked the book more first time around and probably would have given it 3 stars then. I really, really hate when I a heroine is like a yo-yo. She strong, then weak, then indignant that the hero wants to help her when she's been on her own doing "fine", then she's throwing up and weak again. What in the hell! She was yo-yo about the relationship too. Yes, her mind was calm around him but she's never had a boyfriend so she doesn't want to need him but he's telling her how he can't be away from her, then she's pulling away again and again and again. Now that I'm writing this I'm remembering this with her Dark series too with the heroines. When I first started reading paranormal romance books, I kind of liked it for the first maybe 10 books in this genre and now I'm very frustrated with this scenario. This leaves me in a quandary about listening to the rest of either series.
